COLUMBIA, MD – November 13, 2012 – UMBC Training Centers (umbctraining.com), announced today its acceptance of the Circle of Excellence award from EC-Council for North America. Winners were selected from an extensive EC-Council Training Partner Network that includes 450-plus training centers from more than 87 countries.
